Who's behind this site
maria4.com is run by Maria Votsi, a freelance performance marketer based in Athens, Greece. For anything in this policy, or any request about your data, reach me at hi@maria4.com.
What I collect, and why
Contact form. If you submit the form, your name, email, and message are sent to my inbox and logged in a private Google Sheet so I can follow up — that's it, no marketing list, no sharing beyond that. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract (i.e., you asked me to get back to you).
Security & abuse prevention. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person, not a bot, and the form is rate-limited by IP address. Neither stores anything beyond what's needed to make that check, and neither is used for advertising. Legal basis: legitimate interest (keeping the form usable and spam-free).
Analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics runs on every page load and collects aggregate traffic stats (pages viewed, rough location, referrer) without cookies and without tracking you individually across sites — Cloudflare's own privacy design means no cookie banner is required for this. Google Analytics only runs if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner; until then, none of its cookies are set and no data reaches Google. Legal basis: consent (Google Analytics), legitimate interest (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
Language preference. A small first-party cookie
(lang_pref) remembers which language you're reading
the site in, so you're not redirected back to a different one on
your next visit. It contains no personal information and lasts
180 days. Legal basis: strictly necessary for the site to
function, no consent required.
Who else sees it
Cloudflare hosts the site and provides security and analytics infrastructure. Google processes the contact form's Sheet log and, if you consent, Analytics data. Neither uses your data for their own advertising purposes in this context. I don't sell or trade your data with anyone, ever.
How long I keep it
Contact form submissions are kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then deleted periodically. Google Analytics data (only if you consented) is retained for 14 months, Google's standard default. Cloudflare Web Analytics data is aggregate and not tied to you individually.

Cloudflare Web Analytics sets no cookies at all — that's the whole point of it.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you can ask to see, correct, delete, or export any personal data I hold about you, or object to how it's used — email hi@maria4.com and I'll sort it out directly. If you're not satisfied with my answer, you can complain to Greece's data protection authority, the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (ΑΠΔΠΧ).

If this policy changes in any meaningful way, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
